Strategic Planning: Lunch and Learn - December 5, 2024 - 12:00–1:30 PM

Lunch and Learn: USCB Center for Strategic Planning is facilitating a “lunch and learn” opportunity for nonprofits who want to learn more about Strategic Planning. Why should you attend? Having a solid Strategic Plan will help your organization clarify its mission and vision, allocate resources better, and even guide overall decision making. If you are working with a charitable organization and you are interested in learning moreabout a straightforward and very effective approach to help you create a strategic plan, we encourage you to come. The $35 fee includes a light lunch. 

Strategic Planning: Deep Dive - January 8, 2025 - 9:30 AM–1:00 PM 

USCB Center for Strategic Planning was created to respond to the need for strategic planning support in the southern Lowcountry region. The group was created to empower businesses and nonprofits to achieve their vision through a proven and effective team approach to planning. Having a solid Strategic Plan will help your organization clarify its mission and vision, allocate resources better, and even guide overall decision making and agility to react to changes. Community Foundation of the Lowcountry is pleased to offer a Strategic Planning Deep Dive workshop, facilitated by the USCB Center for Strategic Planning, for nonprofits to learn more about the strategic planning process, including the Center’s unique Bridge to Better approach. This fast-paced workshop will help you see the benefits of a strategic plan and think about how you might create one for your organization! The fee for this 3½ hour workshop is $75 and includes a light lunch. 

FIRO-B Training with Neil Sklarew

December 11, 2024 - 9:30 am-1:00 pm

Join us for a workshop on the Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B.) This workshop is based on a comprehensive and widely used theory of interpersonal relations that provides a three-dimensional view of interpersonal behavior.
