Developing Logic Models for Grant Writing and Evaluation - March 28, 2025 - 9:30 am - USCB Bluffton Campus

Are you looking to improve your organization’s grant writing and evaluation efforts? In this interactive, hands-on workshop, nonprofit leaders, staff members, and board members will learn how to develop effective logic models that enhance program design, articulate impact, and improve funding success. Logic models are key tools for clarifying your program's theory of change, demonstrating how activities lead to outcomes, and showing funders the value of your work.

This 4-hour workshop, facilitated by Diana Gill, PhD and Najmah Thomas, PhD (USCB), includes a combination of informative presentations, group exercises, and expert guidance to ensure participants leave with actionable skills and knowledge to elevate their nonprofit’s grant applications and evaluations. The $60 fee, for one individual or $105 for two (within the same organization) includes lunch. It will be held at the USCB Bluffton Campus. https://lowcountry.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/list/event?event_date_id=4169
