Overview

Established by the family of Ben and Liller Loadholt, this memorial scholarship is intended to share their spirit of endurance and support. Neither of them had the opportunity to even earn a high school diploma, but they worked hard to ensure that all eight of the children raised in their home would, at minimal, earn a high school diploma. This scholarship is to assist a student in pursuit of a post-secondary education who plan to successfully complete a course of study in a current or emerging occupational, technical or skilled labor field at a technical college in South Carolina.

Limited Criteria

• High school senior graduating from Estill High School, Patrick Henry Academy or Wade Hampton High School.
• Minimum GPA 2.25.
• Plan to attend a technical college in South Carolina (Competitive Scholarship).
