Executive Director Leadership Workshop Registration Now Open

Participants must have staff and/or volunteers who report directly to them and they must interact with the organization’s Board of Directors. Participants must commit to attending six group sessions (generally held in the CFL conference room) and six individual coaching sessions with the facilitator. Registration will close on February 1, 2024. The first group session is tentatively scheduled for the week of February 19 and will be finalized when all participants have been identified. Space is limited. No more than seven participants will be accepted to the program in any given year.
