SC Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Study Discussion

Community Foundation of the Lowcountry and United Way of the Lowcountry are honored to be co-hosting Together SC’s Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Study Discussion on Wednesday, January 25 from 2:00-4:00 pm

This unique discussion opportunity is for nonprofit executives, management, and board leadership, and will take place at the Community Room at Palmetto Electric Cooperative, 1 Cooperative Way, Hardeeville, SC.

The 2022 SC Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Study brought to light many opportunities and challenges for nonprofits. Community Foundation of the Lowcountry and many other funders championed this study, and participation by nearly 500 nonprofits from across the state proved that there is a real need for this type of data.

Join us to learn more about the study findings and to discuss what actions we can take to address them. Some of the topics that are expected to be covered during the discussion are:

  • Ways to address pay and benefits equity
  • How your peers are managing a challenging labor market
  • How to manage and respond to a projected leadership shift in the coming years
